Ogbono + Ewedu

Let me tell you all about this soup! Today I had a deep craving for “draw” soup … actually it was really an ewedu craving. With no stew in the fridge, and no desire to make any, the best option was to whip up something “unconventional” 🙂 with what was available.

The result was this beautiful  soup.

It tasted great even though my brother said that it looked like “food for the Gods”…. whatever that means.

I enjoyed it while watching “Iyore – The return” AmaZing movie! The second best highlight of my weekend!
