Herby Blue Fish
- 1 medium sized Fresh Blue Fish (about 8lbs)
- 1 handful fresh rosemary
- 1 handful fresh tarragon
- 1 handful fresh japanese basil
- 1 handful chives
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 sweet lemon
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1
- Scale and clean the fish thoroughly.
- Cut the fish into steaks.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze juice into a blender
- Add fresh herbs, pepper, an oil into a blender and blend until a smooth paste is formed.
- Arrange fish in a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle salt all over the fish.
- Pour blended mixture all over fish and bake for about 20 mins or until fish is cooked.
- Serve with rice.
