Ingredients
  • 1 cup of dry roasted unsalted groundnuts aka peanuts (preferably from your local african store).
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 2 pinches of pepper soup spice
  • 1 pinch of salt first (add more in pinches if necessary)
Instructions
  1. Pour peanuts into a food processor.
  2. Process on high speed for about 7 mins or until the peanuts become a smooth shiny paste.
  3. Transfer paste into a bowl
  4. Add in ingredients gradually in small quantities, stir and taste each time until you reach your preferred taste.
  5. Serve with any veggies/fruits of choice.
