Ingredients
  • 2 cups cold goat meat pepper-soup (made with yam cubes)
  • 1 tbsp palm-oil
  • 3 cups baby spinach
Instructions
  1. Put the soup in a pot and set on a stove.
  2. Add the oil.
  3. Cook for about 3 mins or until soup begins to bubble.
  4. Add the spinach.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Turn off heat.
  8. Enjoy
