Weeknight Mustard Greens

Ingredients
  • One red bell pepper, cleaned and chopped.
  • A bunch of washed, and chopped mustard greens
  • ½ of a medium sized red onion - chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper - chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a pot
  2. Add all ingredients except the greens.
  3. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the greens, stir to combine, and leave to cook for 1 minute.
  5. Turn off heat and enjoy with any starch/protein of choice.
