Harissa Plum Goat
- 2lbs of skinless boneless boiled goat
- ½ of a large onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 bunch chopped scallion
- 5 tbsp Mina Harissa
- ½ chopped plum
- 1tsp salt
- ¼ cup goat meat broth
- Heat up the oil in a pan for about 2 mins.
- Add the onions and stir.
- Cook for about 3 mins while stirring.
- Add the Harissa, stir and cook for 5 mins.
- Add the meat broth. Stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Add the salt, scallions and plum.
- Stir to combine and turn off heat.
- Taste for salt, and add more if needed.
