Harissa Plum Goat

Ingredients
  • 2lbs of skinless boneless boiled goat
  • ½ of a large onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 bunch chopped scallion
  • 5 tbsp Mina Harissa
  • ½ chopped plum
  • 1tsp salt
  • ¼ cup goat meat broth
Instructions
  1. Heat up the oil in a pan for about 2 mins.
  2. Add the onions and stir.
  3. Cook for about 3 mins while stirring.
  4. Add the Harissa, stir and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Add the meat broth. Stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
  6. Add the salt, scallions and plum.
  7. Stir to combine and turn off heat.
  8. Taste for salt, and add more if needed.
