Banana Ginger Yeast Bread
- 3 large Bananas
- 3 cups of plain Oatmeal
- 1 cup of Almond milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of Canola oil
- ¼ cup Turbinado sugar
- 3 tbsp freshly grated ginger.
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Add all ingredients (except the sugar) into a food processor and blend for about 5 minutes or until well combined.
- Spray a loaf pan with PAM or oil well.
- Transfer oat batter into the loaf pan.
- Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm spot.
- Leave to rise for about 45 minutes or until batter almost doubles in size.
- Heat the Oven
- Sprinkle sugar all over the top of the bread.
- Place the bread batter in a 360 degree oven and allow it to bake for about 40 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out dry.
