Banana Ginger Yeast Bread

Ingredients
  • 3 large Bananas
  • 3 cups of plain Oatmeal
  • 1 cup of Almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of Canola oil
  • ¼ cup Turbinado sugar
  • 3 tbsp freshly grated ginger.
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients (except the sugar) into a food processor and blend for about 5 minutes or until well combined.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with PAM or oil well.
  3. Transfer oat batter into the loaf pan.
  4. Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm spot.
  5. Leave to rise for about 45 minutes or until batter almost doubles in size.
  6. Heat the Oven
  7. Sprinkle sugar all over the top of the bread.
  8. Place the bread batter in a 360 degree oven and allow it to bake for about 40 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out dry.
