Ingredients
  • 2 whole wheat english muffins
  • 1lb ground beef
  • ¼ of a medium onion (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp mayo
  • 6 large baby spinach leaves
  • 4 slices of fresh firm roma tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of shredded mozarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Add the Oil, spices, herbs, onions, meat, and smoke into a bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Create 6 beef burger patties from the mix.
  4. Heat up a griddle.
  5. Place patties on the griddle to cook for about 7 minutes.
  6. Toast english muffins.
  7. Flip burgers to cook on other side for about 5 minutes, and sprinkle the water all over the patties to prevent burning.
  8. Sprinkle cheese generously over the patties.
  9. Cook for about 3 mins.
  10. Turn off heat.
  11. Assemble Burger.
