Stewed Baby Mustard Greens
- A large bunch of baby mustard greens (washed and chopped).
- 6 large roma tomatoes
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 1 large red onion
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 1 tbsp crayfish
- 1 tsp ground fermented locust beans
- 2 cups chopped smoked turkey legs.
- 2 cups smoked catfish
- 1 tsp salt
- Blend the the tomatoes, onion, and peppers with the water until a smooth paste is formed.
- Pour blended mixture into a pot.
- Add all other ingredients except the greens.
- Cook on medium heat for 25 mins while stirring intermittently
- Add greens and stir.
- Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Turn of heat and leave to cool.
