Simple Grilled Chicken

Good food does not have to be complicated. High quality ingredients + lots of love + some heat = memorable meal.

This dish is so easy and bursting with flavor. I used organic chicken breasts, weber steak seasoning, canola oil,  and lots of love.

The steak seasoning deserves a post of its own. I have used it many times on lamb, chicken, fish, and even veggies. It always shines through. It is one of our pantry essentials.

This dish is a perfect week night meal, it complements our smoked rice pilaf excellently well. Throw in some avocados, roasted fennel, and there you have it  – a perfect meal to impress that special someone!
