Lamb + Asparagus

Day 5 of my Harcombe diet – Phase 1, and I am happy to announce that I lost 7lbs in 5 days!!!! 🙂 woot woot. Now moving over to phase 2. I can eat lentils now 🙂

This lovely dish wrapped up Phase 1 for me 🙂

Ingredients:

  • Lamb
  • Asparagus
  • Weber Steak seasoning
  • Pam to spray the grill pan
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp oil to prevent dryness
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar for each piece of lamb

Method:

  • Season lamb with rice vinegar and seasoning.
  • Spray the grill pan with pam and heat until sizzling hot.
  • Place lamb in the grill pan and cook until nice visible grill marks are showing.
  • Flip lamb to the other side.
  • Pour oil on lamb and cook until visible grill marks are showing.
  • Pour water and cook for about 7 minutes or until lamb is well cooked.
  • Remove lamb from grill pan
  • Trim the Asparagus and place in the grill pan with lamb juices
  • Cook on high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Remove Asparagus from heat and serve with lamb
  • Efizify with toasted sesame seeds.
