We are always on the lookout for items that make life easier and more delicious. Spices Inc makes some of the most adventurous and interesting spices we have some across.

This evening, we used their “Flippin’ The Bird” seasoning to create the chicken in this salad.

With just 2 chicken breasts, some oil, salt and the seasoning, dinner was ready in less than 20 minutes.

Our family enjoyed it. The apple bread served as “croutons” 🙂 They were not crunchy like croutons, but they added an interesting layer of flavor that we would replicate again.
