Stewed Baby Mustard Greens

This baby turned out amazing.

The perfect mixture of Baby mustard greens, red bell peppers, smoked catfish, smoked turkey, onions and cayenne.

The baby mustard was fresh and quite flavorful with an interesting hint of bitterness.
